During Covid, many parents reached out to Ricky for help and asked to coach their children to deal with trying and confusing times in the world. It was the most humbling and rewarding time of Ricky’s life.

So, he wrote a children’s book and continues to work with kids. He feels it’s the reason he was put on this earth. Ricky’s children’s book, Grateful Grayson, teaches children how to choose a positive perspective when the challenges and disappointments come in life. At it’s core, these lessons teach self- empowerment, positivity, innovation, forgiveness, creativity and how to create overall happiness. Grateful Grayson is a Quokka (The happiest animal on the planet which hail from a remote island off the western part of Australia) and in alignment with the women empowerment theme, Grayson’s mentor is a girl - Millie The Mentor.
